If you are exploring mindfulness or are interested in dipping a toe in the waters of mindfulness, you might enjoy coming along to a small group.
We spend an hour together practicing mindful movement, mindful check-ins and a guided meditation, with time to swap ideas and consider ways we can bring more awareness into our daily activities.
Practising with a group of friends each week can be a real support and encouragement for your daily practice, and a tranquil oasis in the middle of the hurly burly of a busy week. A chance to recharge your batteries and engage your sense of wonder, step back from your thoughts and feelings and give yourself some space.

The sessions cost £7 per person for the hour.
